Modifying Form Data in Batches

You can modify specific data based on filter criteria, or modify all data.

In the form view, the batch modification button has been enabled.

Batch data modification is irreversible.
This function is unavailable to fields selected as Unique.
A maximum of 5000 records can be modified at a time.
The following fields cannot be modified in batches: associated record, reference, OCR, summary, attachment, formula, subtable, matrix table, text combination, privacy protection, location, and auto number.

Log in to the no-code application workbench by referring to Logging In to the No-Code Workbench.
In the All area, click the corresponding application. The application development page is displayed.
On the application development page, select a form page on the left.
Set filter criteria by referring to Figure 2. Click + Add to add filter criteria. You can set multiple filter criteria. The relationship between multiple criteria can be and or or.

Click next to the created filter and choose Set as Default Filter.

Click next to Modify and select Filter data.

On the display page, complete the modification and click the confirm button.

In the All area, click the corresponding application. The application development page is displayed.
On the application development page, select a form page on the left.
Click next to Modify and select All Data.
