OSM Introduction

OSM is a customer support system that supports HUAWEI CLOUD's after-sales services. In OSM, after-sales service personnel process consulting and technical assurance service tickets submitted by HUAWEI CLOUD customers through the telephone, official website, and app.

Interface Type

The OSM open APIs to partners who operate HUAWEI CLOUD services so that the partners' systems can transfer service tickets to HUAWEI CLOUD after-sales service.
