Managing Decision Tables in Applications

A decision table is a tool for analyzing and expressing different operations under multiple logical conditions. In the Huawei Cloud Astro Zero environment configuration, you can manage all decision tables under the current account, including viewing, enabling, and disabling decision tables.

Constraints

This menu is displayed only in the sandbox environment and production environment. Operations in the sandbox environment are identical to those in the production environment. This section uses the production environment as an example.

Managing Decision Tables

  1. On the Huawei Cloud Astro Zero console, click Manage Runtime Environment of the purchased commercial instance to access the production environment.
  2. Choose Maintenance from the main menu.
  3. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Global Elements > Decision Table.
  4. Click next to the table header to sort the decision table and enable or disable the countermeasure table.

    Parameter

    Description

    Name

    Name of a decision table, that is, the name configured when the decision table is created.

    Label

    Display label of a decision table, that is, the label configured during decision table creation.

    Description

    Decision table description.

    Last Modified By

    Name of the user who modifies the decision table last time.

    Last Modified At

    Last time when the decision table was modified.

    Operation

    • /: Disable or enable a decision table.
    • : Delete a decision table. If this button is grayed out, the table cannot be deleted. For example, preset decision tables cannot be deleted.

  5. In the decision table list, click a decision table name to view its details.

    Parameter

    Description

    Click this button to commission the decision table.

    Name

    Name of a decision table, that is, the name configured when the decision table is created.

    Enable

    Indicates whether the decision table is enabled.

    Version

    Version of a decision table. If a decision table has multiple versions, the decision table versions that are enabled are displayed. If multiple versions are not enabled, the latest version is displayed.

    Visibility

    Indicates whether the decision table is visible.

    Overwrite

    Whether a resource can be customized as a new version, imported to an add-on application, or saved as a new version if it already exists in an add-on application.

    This parameter is selected by default. When it is not selected, the description is as follows:

    • When you customize a new version based on the resource, the following error message is displayed: XXX does not support the customization of a new version. Check the basic properties and confirm whether the asset can be overwritten.
    • The resource cannot be imported to the add-on application.
    • If the resource has been imported to the add-on application, the new version cannot be customized.

    Creator of the decision table.

    Created

    Time when a decision table is created.

    Last Modified By

    User who last modified the table.

    Last Modified

    Last time when the decision table was modified.

    Input Parameters

    Input parameter defined in the decision table editor.

    Output Parameters

    Output parameters defined in the decision table editor.

    Version

    All versions of a decision table.
