What Should I Do If "Error occurs when accessing to OBS" Is Displayed When PyCharm ToolKit Is Used?

Symptom

The PyCharm ToolKit log showed "Error occurs when accessing to OBS".

Possible Causes

You do not have OBS permissions.

Solution

Check whether you have the OBS permissions.

Log in to the ModelArts console, choose Data Management > Datasets, and click Create. You have the OBS permissions if you can access the OBS path. If you do not have the OBS permissions, go to Configure the OBS permis... to configure the OBS permissions.
