DAS allows you to pay only for what you use. There is no minimum fee.

Billing Items

If you are using Enterprise Charge Approval, you are billed based on the number of DB instances selected. Development Tool and Intelligent O&M are free of charge.

DB Instance	You are billed based on the number of the DB instances you select.

Changing Quota

You can increase your enterprise quota (RDS instances) based on service requirements. After the modification, the price changes accordingly.

The DAS service does not allow you to decrease the enterprise quota.
