Daily Reports
DAS displays instance statuses of the previous day, including performance and disk, SQL, database and table, and transaction analysis results. You can download and subscribe to analysis reports. A daily diagnosis is recommended.
Procedure
- Log in to the console.
- Click  in the upper left corner and select a region and project. in the upper left corner and select a region and project.
- Click  in the upper left corner, and under Databases, click Data Admin Service. in the upper left corner, and under Databases, click Data Admin Service.
- In the navigation pane, choose Intelligent O&M > Instance List.
    
    Alternatively, on the Overview page, click Go to Intelligent O&M. 
- In the upper right corner of the Instance List page, search for instances by engine type, instance name, or instance IP.
- Locate the target instance and click Details.
- On the displayed page, choose Daily Reports.
    
    You can perform the following operations: - Click Set. AI anomaly detection will be performed to check whether performance metrics are abnormal when a daily report is generated. You can configure AI-detected Anomalies to decide whether the results will be displayed.
- Click Start Diagnosis to diagnose the current instance. After the diagnosis is complete, check the security score, deducted items and scores. For details about scoring rules supported by DAS, see Scoring Rules.
      In the Slow SQL Analysis area, you can view analysis results of slow query logs of the current instance. In the All SQL Analysis area, you can view analysis of all SQL statements of the current instance. On the Database/Table Analysis tab, you can view collection results of top databases and tables of the current instance, and intelligent diagnosis results of tables with abnormal tablespace growth, tables without primary keys, and tables without indexes. On the Transaction Analysis tab, you can view analysis results of all deadlocks of the current instance. In the Performance & Storage area, you can view percentage of performance metrics at different levels and trend charts. 
- Click Subscribe to the subscribe to daily reports. If there is a risk, the system will send an email to you.
       Before subscribing to diagnosis reports: Before subscribing to diagnosis reports:- The subscription function depends on the Simple Message Notification (SMN) service.
- You can subscribe to daily reports by topic or email.
           A topic is used to publish messages and subscribe to notifications. If you subscribe to reports by topic but the topic is unavailable, create one first and subscribe to the topic. For details, see Creating a Topic and Adding a Subscription. Currently, you can subscribe to topics only by email. If you select By email, you can enter up to 15 email addresses. Separate email addresses with a semicolon (;). 
- After you subscribe to daily reports, the system sends an email to you only when your instance is abnormal and the diagnosis is triggered manually or by the system periodically.
- After the OBS bucket is enabled, daily reports are generated in PDF format. Upload them to the specified OBS bucket and provide a download link in the email. The OBS bucket depends on user credentials. You need to configure the AK/SK.
 
- Click Download Report to download a diagnosis report to your local PC.
- Click View History to view historical reports.
