Deleting a Recipient or Notification Group

If you do not need a recipient or notification group, you can delete it.

Deleting a Recipient

When a recipient is deleted, it is also automatically deleted from its notification group.

  1. Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
  1. In the navigation pane, choose Alarm Management > Alarm Notifications.
  2. Select the Recipients tab. To delete one recipient, locate it and click Delete in the Operation column. To batch delete recipients, select them and click Delete above the list.

  3. In the displayed Delete Recipient dialog box, enter DELETE and click OK.

Deleting a Notification Group

Deleting a notification group does not delete the recipients in it.

  1. Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
  1. In the navigation pane, choose Alarm Management > Alarm Notifications.
  2. Select the Notification Groups tab. To delete one notification group, locate it and click Delete in the Operation column. To batch delete notification groups, select them and click Delete above the list.

  3. In the displayed Delete Notification Group dialog box, enter DELETE and click OK.

Removing a Recipient from a Notification Group

  1. Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
  1. In the navigation pane, choose Alarm Management > Alarm Notifications.
  2. On the Notification Groups tab, click the name of the notification group from which you are going to remove recipients.
  3. To remove one recipient, locate it and click Remove in the Operation column. To batch delete recipients, select them and click Remove above the list.

    Removing a recipient from the notification group will not delete the recipient.

  4. In the displayed Remove Recipient dialog box, click OK.
