Deleting a Custom Template or Custom Event Template

You can delete a custom alarm or event template that is no longer used. The deletion operation cannot be undone.

Deleting a Custom Alarm Template

  1. Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
  1. In the navigation pane, choose Alarm Management > Alarm Templates.
  2. Click the Custom Templates tab and delete the custom alarm templates.
    • Deleting a template
      • Locate the row containing the alarm template to be deleted, and click More > Delete in the Operation column.
      • In the Delete Custom Template dialog box, select a deletion method and click OK.
    • Batch deleting templates
      • Select multiple alarm templates to be deleted and click Delete above the list.
      • Select the target templates, click Delete. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.

Delete Custom Event Template

  1. Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
  1. In the navigation pane, choose Alarm Management > Alarm Templates.
  2. Click the Custom Event Templates tab.
    • Locate the row containing the event template to be deleted, and choose More > Delete in the Operation column.
    • Select multiple event templates to be deleted and click Delete above the list.
  3. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
