Associating a Custom Template with a Resource Group
By associating a custom template with a resource group, you can create alarm rules for different resources in batches. After the template is associated with the resource group, alarm rules for resources in this group will be generated. Alarm policies will be modified together with the template.
Procedure
- Log in to the management console.
- Choose Service List > Cloud Eye.
- In the navigation pane, choose Alarm Management > Alarm Templates.
- Click the Custom Template tab.
- Locate the target template and click Associate with Resource Group in the Operation column.
- In the displayed Associate with Resource Group dialog box, select a resource group.
Figure 1 Associate with Resource Group
- Configure the alarm notification.
