Impacts of Arrears
With pay-per-use billing, you can always use Message & SMS as long as your account has enough balance. If your account goes into arrears, the account enters a grace period and then a retention period. If your account enters the grace period, your SMS sending will be disabled. The added SMS signatures and templates will not be deleted.
Arrears Reminder
The system will bill you for pay-per-use resources after each billing cycle ends. If your account goes into arrears, we will notify you by email, SMS, or in-app message.
Handling Arrears
If your account is in arrears, your SMS sending will be disabled. You need to pay the fees of your used pay-per-use resources. To view the fees, go to the Billing Center > Overview page. Huawei Cloud will deduct the fees after you top up your account. For details, see Topping Up an Account.
