The Message & SMS service is pre-paid. Before using the SMS service, you need to add fees to a Huawei Cloud account. The fee amount is unlimited.
You need to evaluate the number of SMSs to be sent and add fees to the account properly, to prevent the account from being frozen due to arrears and the Message & SMS service from becoming unavailable.
