How Do I Increase the Template Quota?

By default, a maximum of 2,000 templates can be created for each Message & SMS application. To increase the quota, submit a service ticket or contact the account manager.

  1. Go to the service ticket system.
  2. Choose Services > Quotas. On the displayed page, select Quota Application and click Create Now.
  3. Select the region where your Message & SMS is enabled.
  4. Fill in the problem description according to the following template:

    Message & SMS signature quota increase service ticket: xxx (account name) applies for increasing the template quota to xxx.

  5. Submit the service ticket. After the application is approved, the quota is modified successfully. You can also choose Service Tickets > My Service Tickets to view the progress.
