What Do I Do If an International SMS Failed to Be Sent?
If an international SMS is intercepted by the platform (for details, see status codes whose source is the Huawei platform), record the account, application, and template information, and contact the operation manager.
If the sending failure occurs due to other reasons, handle the issue by referring to SMS Status Error Codes.
