Can Individual Users Use the Message & SMS Service?

Individual users cannot use the Message & SMS service. To enable the Huawei Cloud Message & SMS service, an enterprise account is required. To use the SMS service in the Chinese mainland, the enterprise real-name authentication is required. If you have a business account or a company certificate (for example, a business license), you can complete the authentication. For details, see Enterprise Real-Name Authentication Process. For any questions during the authentication, contact Huawei Cloud customer service.
