Notice on Adjusting Message & SMS for Accounts in Arrears

Dear customer,

On April 15, 2024, 00:00:00 (GMT+08:00), Huawei Cloud will adjust the Message & SMS service for accounts in arrears.

As soon as your account is in arrears, the pay-per-use Message & SMS service under your account will enter the grace period and retention period. The following table lists the impact.

  • You can continue to use the service.
  • The added SMS signatures and SMS templates will not be deleted.
  • You cannot use the service.
  • The added SMS signatures and SMS templates will not be deleted.

Retention period
  • You cannot use the service.
  • The added SMS signatures and SMS templates will not be deleted.
