Migrating SMS templates and signatures archived on a third-party cloud platform to HUAWEI CLOUD is not allowed. If you want to use the HUAWEI CLOUD Message & SMS service, apply for SMS signatures and SMS templates based on signature rules and template and variable specifications after you have enabled the Message & SMS service.
