How Do I Obtain the Template of a Power of Attorney of the Third Party?

Log in to the Message & SMS console.
In the navigation pane, choose Chinese Mainland SMS > Qualification management.
Click New Qualifications.
Select Third party business usage for Application purpose. Click Template file download to obtain third-party authorization letter templates.
