Is the SMS Sending Time Restricted? (Chinese Mainland SMS)
In actual service scenarios, a user may frequently obtain SMS verification codes to log in to an app or a website, or to retrieve a password. Platform SMSs may be maliciously invoked. A large number of SMS sending requests are sent within a short period of time. Too many SMSs are sent to the same mobile number, causing user complaints. To prevent these from happening, Huawei Cloud throttles requests for sending SMSs to the Chinese mainland as follows.
