Why Is a Recipient Blacklisted After Replying "T"? How Do I Remove the Recipient from the Blacklist?

When a recipient replies "R" to unsubscribe from an SMS channel number, the platform adds the recipient number to the unsubscription blocklist. That is, SMSs sent using the channel number (signature) will not be sent to this number.

If you want to remove the recipient from the unsubscription blocklist (SC:0016), record the signature name, channel number, and recipient number, and contact Huawei Cloud customer service.
