Why Are the Applications, Signatures, and Templates Lost?

  1. Message & SMS does not delete your SMS applications, signatures (for Chinese mainland SMS only), or templates. Check whether the current region on the console is the one where the service is enabled and where applications, signatures, and templates are applied for. If you switch the region, applications, signatures, and templates will not be transferred to the new region.
  2. Check whether the signatures and templates you used are test signatures and templates (for Chinese mainland SMS only). Test signatures and templates are valid for one month and will be automatically deleted upon expiration.
  3. Check whether the filter criteria are set properly when you filter signatures and templates. For example, if a template is created on June 1, 2022 but the creation time is set to a data earlier than June 1, 2022, the template will not be displayed.
