Why Is an SMS Signature in Deactivated State? How Do I Activate a Signature?
The signature is deactivated because the account is in arrears.
Top up your account, log in to the console, and choose Signature Management. In the upper right corner, select Deactivated for Status to obtain the signature to be activated, and click Activate. (If you cannot find Activate on the page, there may be an issue with the page ratio. You are advised to zoom in the page.) After the signature activation application is submitted, wait for the operation manager to approve it.
