Using Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas

Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas is a low-code platform for large screen development, enabling enterprises to visualize data efficiently. Before using this service, read this section to understand the process.

Purchasing Instances

Before using this service, purchase an instance. An instance is an independent resource space. Resources of different instances are isolated from each other.

  • Purchasing Instances: Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas provides basic, professional, and enterprise editions in yearly/monthly billing mode. You can purchase them as required. If you have not purchased an instance, you can apply for a free one-month trial of the basic edition.
  • Purchasing an Expansion Package to Increase Pages: If you reach the page limit, you can purchase an expansion package to increase the number of pages.

Creating a Workspace

Each workspace corresponds to a new Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas. You can create workspaces to isolate and control permissions on accounts' resources.

Creating a Project

Before creating a page, you need to create a project. A project can be regarded as a collection of service scenarios. A project can have multiple pages.

Creating a Page

Building a large screen involves creating a large screen or mobile page, mastering over 70 widgets, and customizing pages to meet specific requirements.

Publishing and Installing a Project

You can preview a developed project online or package it for release. With one click, you can deploy it in Environment A and install it in Environment B. This enables quick development, testing, and rollout, and allows assets on large screens, PCs, and mobile devices to be easily migrated between environments.

  • Publishing a Project

  • Installing a Project

    You can download the published project package and install it in different environments for migration.
