Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas Billing Overview
In this document, you will learn about how Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas is billed, how you can renew subscriptions, and what happens if your account goes into arrears.
- Billing Mode
Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas provides basic, professional, and enterprise editions in yearly/monthly billing mode. You can purchase them as required. Yearly/monthly billing mode is a prepaid mode. You need to pay first, and will be billed based on the required duration in your order. Ensure that your account balance is sufficient. For details, see Billing Mode.
- Billing Items
The billing items for Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas include the number of workspaces, pages, storage capacity, encrypted sharing, data access, project management, and chart widgets. For details, see Billing Items.
- Renewal
After a yearly/monthly subscription expires, Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas cannot run properly. To continue using the service, you need to renew it within the specified period to avoid restrictions on your projects and pages. For details about renewal, see Renewal Overview.
- Bills
You can choose Billing Center > Billing to check the transactions and bills of Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas. For details, see Bills.
- Arrears
Your account goes into arrears when the balance cannot cover the bill you need to pay. If you want to continue using the service, you will need to update your payment method or to top up your account in a timely manner. For details, see Arrears.
- Billing Termination
If you no longer need to use Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas, unsubscribe from it or delete its resources to avoid unnecessary fees. For details, see Billing Termination.
