Billing Termination
Yearly/Monthly Resources
When you purchase a yearly/monthly resource, you make a one-time up-front payment. By default, the service automatically stops when the purchased subscription expires.
- You can unsubscribe from a yearly/monthly resource before it expires. Depending on whether coupons or discounts were used, Huawei Cloud may issue you a refund. For details, see Overview of Unsubscription Rules.
- If you have enabled auto-renewal but no longer wish to automatically renew the subscription, disable it before the auto-renewal date (seven days before the expiration date by default) to avoid unexpected expenditures.
Stopping Billing on the Console
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the navigation pane and choose Development Services > Huawei Cloud Astro Zero.
- In the navigation pane, choose Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas.
- Click Unsubscribe to unsubscribe from a subscribed instance.

- In the displayed dialog box, click Unsubscribe.
- Select the unsubscription reason and click Unsubscribe.
- In the displayed dialog box, click Unsubscribe.
If you have expansion packages for adding pages, they will also be unsubscribed.Figure 2 Unsubscribing from an instance
Stopping Billing in the Billing Center
- Log in to the management console.
- Hover over Billing in the upper part of the console and choose Bills from the drop-down list.
- In the navigation pane, choose Orders > Unsubscriptions.
- On the Unsubscribe from In-Use Resources tab page, click Unsubscribe from Resource next to the target Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas instance.

- Select the unsubscription reason, read the unsubscription instructions, and click Confirm.
If you have expansion packages for adding pages, they will also be unsubscribed.
