Resubmitting an Incident After Rejection

After an incident ticket is rejected, modify the incident ticket content.

Procedure

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Incident Management > Incident Center. On the displayed page, click the Pending tab and click the incident title to go to the incident details page.

  3. Click Re-opening.

  4. After modifying the incident ticket content, click Submit.
