Create a HUAWEI ID and enable Huawei Cloud services to access all Huawei Cloud services.

Log in to the Huawei Cloud homepage, click Sign In in the upper right corner, and sign up for a HUAWEI ID.

Complete Real-Name Authentication

Real-name authentication is required for purchasing or using cloud services in certain regions.

You are advised to complete real-name authentication after creating a HUAWEI ID and enabling Huawei Cloud services.

Create an IAM User and Assign Permissions

You can create IAM users to allocate purchased Huawei Cloud resources.

IAM users have their own identity credentials (password and access keys) and can access resources granted by your Huawei Cloud account.
