Verifying Incident

Scenarios
After the incident ticket is processed, verify whether the incident processing is completed.
Procedure
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Incident Management > Incident Center. On the displayed page, click the Pending tab and click the incident title to go to the incident details page.

- Click Verify Incident Closure.

- Enter the verification information and click OK.
