Verifying Incident

Scenarios

After the incident ticket is processed, verify whether the incident processing is completed.

Procedure

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Incident Management > Incident Center. On the displayed page, click the Pending tab and click the incident title to go to the incident details page.

  3. Click Verify Incident Closure.

  4. Enter the verification information and click OK.
