Accepting an Issue Ticket

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Fault Management > Issues. On the displayed page, click Pending.
  3. Click an issue ticket name to go to the issue details page. Click Accept in the upper right corner. After the issue ticket is accepted, you can locate and analyze the issue cause.
