Adding Remarks

Procedure

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Incident Management > Incident Center. On the displayed page, click the Pending tab and click the incident title to go to the incident details page.

  3. Click the ... icon and choose Add Remark.

  4. Enter the remarks and click OK.
