Affected Application Management

Scenarios

Add affected applications after a WarRoom is started.

Procedure

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Fault Management > WarRoom to view the war room list.
  3. Click a war room name in the war room list. The war room detail page is displayed.
  4. On the displayed page, click Add Affected Application.
  5. Set the information about the new affected application as prompted.
  6. Click OK.

  7. View the added applications on the main page. Enter the fault start time, recovery time, and fault description. Submit the modification and the application status becomes Recovered.
  8. Select and execute an emergency plan to quickly rectify faults of the affected application as needed. You can also view alarms, incidents, and changes of the application.
