Change Scenario

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Basic Configurations > Process. On the displayed page, click the Scenario tab. The preset issue types are displayed on the current page and cannot be edited or deleted.

  3. If the preset change scenario is not used, you can turn off the switch in the list. To add a change scenario, click Creating a change scenario and add the change scenario information. After the change scenario is added, you can choose Change Ticket Management > Change Center > Create Change Ticket to enter the change scenario and view the latest enumerated values.
