Exporting Cost Details

Important Notes

Cost Center prepares you cost details from the last 18 months. You can export the cost details for a maximum of 3 months.

Procedure

1. Log in to Cost Center.
2. Choose Cost Analysis.
3. Click export records.
4. Configure Cost Type, Period, and Data From, and click OK.

   

   Details of monthly amortized costs and original costs can be exported.

   Amortized cost	%Account name%_AmortizedCostDetailByUsage_YYYY-MM	zhangsan_AmortizedCostDetailByUsage_2022-03_2022-05_20220519022405_0001.csv	Reflects the original costs amortized based on the usage in each billing cycle. The file only contains the month-to-date amortized costs. For details about the fields in the exported cost details, see Fields in Exported Amortized Cost Details.
   Original cost	%Account name%_OriginalCostDetail_YYYY-MM	zhangsan_OriginalCostDetail_2022-03_2022-05_20220519022940_0001.csv	Reflects the original costs for purchased and used resources. For details about the fields in the exported cost details, see Fields in Exported Original Cost Details.
