CodeArts Req uses Identity and Access Management (IAM) to unify permissions for multiple projects of a tenant. In a single project, permissions are managed based on specific settings. CodeArts Req manages permissions for cloud services and projects.
Cloud service level: Permissions are set using IAM. IAM is free of charge. You pay only for the resources in your account.
Project-level: Permissions are set using CodeArts Req.All regions except AP-Bangkok, AP-Singapore, and LA-Santiago.

Modules: You can define the name and owner of a module. If no handler is specified for a work item and you assign the work item to a module, the module owner will become the handler.

Workflows: You can customize the flows, status, and transition of work items.
Association: You can customize the association between code commits and work items. After the code is committed, the work items can be automatically closed.
