Processing an SF

Prerequisites

• A project has been created.
• An SF has been created.

Initial SF

1. In the SF list, click the title of an SF in the Initial state. The Initial details page is displayed.

   When processing an SF, you can comment on the SF, associate the bug with work items, add attachments and workload, and view historical records. For details, see Editing an SF.

2. After the setting is complete, select R&D from the drop-down list of Status.
   You can also change the state of an SF in the SF list.

   

   An SF can be switched to any state as required. If the SF does not involve R&D, you can directly change the state to Completed.

R&D SF

1. Click the name of an SF in the R&D state. The R&D details page is displayed.

   When processing an SF, you can comment on the SF, associate the SF with work items, add attachments and workload, and view historical records. For details, see Editing an SF.

2. After the setting is complete, select Completed from the drop-down list of Status to complete the SF.
