Why Does Skill Purchasing Fail?
Possible causes are as follows:
- Parameters are set incorrectly.
Set parameters by referring to Purchasing Skills.
- The network is abnormal.
- You did not agree to the Huawei HiLens service disclaimer.
Withdraw your consent to the service disclaimer and approve the disclaimer again.
- Log in to the Huawei HiLens console and click Service Statement in the Helpful Links area.

- In the dialog box that is displayed, click Withdraw Consent, then click OK.

- Log out of the current account and relog in to the Huawei HiLens console with your account.
- Select Huawei HiLens Service Disclaimer and click Approve.

- Log in to the Huawei HiLens console and click Service Statement in the Helpful Links area.
