Why Does Skill Purchasing Fail?

Possible causes are as follows:

  • Parameters are set incorrectly.

    Set parameters by referring to Purchasing Skills.

  • The network is abnormal.
  • You did not agree to the Huawei HiLens service disclaimer.

    Withdraw your consent to the service disclaimer and approve the disclaimer again.

    1. Log in to the Huawei HiLens console and click Service Statement in the Helpful Links area.

    2. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Withdraw Consent, then click OK.

    3. Log out of the current account and relog in to the Huawei HiLens console with your account.

      The Apply for Huawei HiLens Permissions page is displayed.

    4. Select Huawei HiLens Service Disclaimer and click Approve.
