Constructing Image Preprocessors

This API is used to construct and initialize a preprocessor for resize/crop operations (3559 hardware acceleration).

API calling
hilens.Preprocessor()
Return value
A preprocessor instance is returned.

If the construction fails, "CreateError" is reported. You can view skill logs.
