Rebuilding a Deleted Instance from Recycle Bin

Updated on 2023-10-18 GMT+08:00

Unsubscribed yearly/monthly instances and deleted pay-per-use instances in the recycle bin can still be restored.

Modifying the Recycling Policy

NOTICE:

The new recycling policy takes effect only for instances that are put into the recycle bin after the modification. For instances that already exist in the recycle bin before the modification, the original recycling policy takes effect.

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select a region and a project.
  3. Click in the upper left corner of the page, choose Database > GaussDB(for MySQL).
  4. On the Recycle Bin page, click Modify Recycling Policy. In the displayed dialog box, set the retention period for the deleted DB instances (range: 1 to 7 days).
  5. Click OK.
