Why Am I Seeing Error CC.00070400.500?

Symptom

When a check task is performed, a message is displayed, indicating that the number of issues imported to the database exceeds 300,000.

Cause Analysis

More than 300,000 issues are detected by using the current rule set.

Solution

The check results display top 10 rules with the most issues and the numbers of these issues. Remove some rules that detect many issues as required to reduce the total number of issues (≤ 300,000), and check again. The procedure is as follows:

1. Export the check result and identify rules detecting many issues by referring to Viewing Code Issues.
2. Delete the rules identified in 1 from the custom rule set by referring to Creating a Custom Rule Set.
3. Use the rule set customized in 2 to execute the task again by referring to Using a Custom Rule Set.
4. Repeat 2 to 3 until the total number of issues is less than 300,000.
