Why Am I Told that I Don't Have Sufficient Permissions and I Should Check and Try Again?

Symptom

The task fails to be executed, and an error message is displayed, indicating insufficient permissions and try again later.

Cause Analysis

The current user does not have sufficient permissions to perform this task. Check the permissions and contact the project administrator (project creator or manager) to grant permissions.

Solution

  1. Use an administrator account to log in to the CodeArts homepage, and access the project to be authorized (Scrum project is used as an example).
  2. Go to Settings > Permissions and view your project role permissions.
  3. Contact the project administrator to change to the required project role.
