Compiling Knowledge

Prerequisites

The knowledge base function has been enabled for the tenant space. The operator has the permission on the Knowledge Base > Category Knowledge menu. Ensure there are existing categories under the current tenant. For details about the extended category attributes, see Managing Extended Attributes.
