How Do I Do If a User Does Not Receive an Email for Creating a Desktop or Assigning a User?

  1. Log in to the console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose User Management > Users.

    The User Management page is displayed.

  3. Select the target user and choose More > Resend Notification, as shown in Figure 1.

  4. In the dialog box displayed, click OK.
