Cloud Service Unsubscriptions
If you no longer need a yearly/monthly resource or resource package, you can unsubscribe from it on the Orders > Unsubscriptions page.
Unsubscriptions are categorized as either full or partial refunds. The following table describes the unsubscription scenarios and rules.

| Resources have been renewed, but the renewal period has not started. NOTE: If a renewal period has started or the specifications were changed before the renewal period starts, you can only unsubscribe from the resources, not the renewal period. | |||
| If your order has any resources that failed to be provisioned, these resources will be automatically unsubscribed from. | |||
| Partial refund | If you unsubscribe from a yearly/monthly resource currently in use, you will be billed for how long you have already used it. | The refund is calculated by deducting the consumed amount and handling fee from the amount you paid. Cash coupons are not returned. | |
| If you unsubscribe from an active resource package, the consumed amount is calculated based on the usage duration or volume, depending on how the package is used and the reset period. | |||
- Unsubscription is only supported for yearly/monthly resources and resource packages. Pay-per-use resources are postpaid and cannot be unsubscribed from. If you no longer need a pay-per-use resource, simply delete it on the cloud service console.
- Unsubscriptions are not allowed for some services, such as HUAWEI CLOUD Meeting. For more information, see Unsubscription Not Allowed.
- If an instance you want to unsubscribe from is associated with other resources, unsubscribe from or delete the associated resources if no longer needed to reduce your costs.
- If cash coupons are no longer valid, they will not be returned during unsubscriptions.
- After the unsubscription is complete, the refund will be returned to your Huawei Cloud account or payment account. For details, see Refunding.
- If the refund exceeds $7,000 USD, it may involve large-value unsubscription. For details, see What Should I Know Before Unsubscribing from a Large-value Order?
- The unsubscription rules for KooGallery products are different from those for regular cloud resources. For details, see Unsubscription Rules.
