Scenarios

Create, follow up, and close O&M to-do tasks on Cloud Operations Center.

Procedure

1. Log in to COC.
2. On the Overview page of COC, you can view the number of incidents to be handled, alarms to be handled, and your to-do tasks in the upper left part of the page.

3. Click the Create Task button, and choose Create Ticket.

4. Click Create Incident.
