Viewing O&M To-Dos in the O&M Overview

During routine O&M, O&M personnel need to frequently handle O&M to-dos, such as incident tickets, aggregated alarms, and to-do tasks, and analyze statistics of applications and resources managed by the accounts. However, these tasks are usually scattered in different systems, resulting in low O&M efficiency. To improve O&M efficiency and simplify O&M processes, O&M personnel can use COC to centrally query and trace the O&M to-dos, and query statistics such as applications and resources managed by the accounts.

O&M Overview

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. On the COC Overview page, check the number of pending incidents, pending alarms, my to-dos, applications, and resources in the O&M Overview area.

    In the O&M overview area, other cloud resources and IDC resources are not affected by any Huawei Cloud region.

    If O&M Overview is not displayed on the Overview page, perform the following operations:

    1. Click Custom Settings in the upper right corner.
    2. On the displayed page, toggle on O&M Overview.
    3. Click OK.

  3. Click the corresponding statistics to go to the corresponding O&M task page.

    Description

    Pending Incidents

    Collects the total number of pending incident tickets.

    After you click it, the Fault Management > Incidents > Pending tab page is displayed.

    Pending Alarms

    Collects the total number of pending alarms.

    After you click it, the Fault Management > Alarms > Aggregated Alarms > Unhandled Alarms tab page is displayed.

    My To-Dos

    Collects the total number of to-do tasks.

    After you click it, the Task Management > To-Do Center > Pending tab page is displayed.

    Applications

    Collects the total number of applications under the account.

    After you click it, the Resources > Application and Resource Management > Applications tab page is displayed.

    Huawei Cloud Resources

    Collects the total number of Huawei Cloud resources under the account.

    After you click it, the Resources > Application and Resource Management > Resources tab page is displayed.

    Other Cloud Resources

    Collects the total number of other cloud resources managed by the account.

    After you click it, the Resources > Application and Resource Management > Resources tab page is displayed.

    IDC Resources

    Collects the total number of imported IDC resources under the account.

    After you click it, the Resources > Application and Resource Management > Resources tab page is displayed.
