Recommended Renewal Methods

Overview

You can renew resources in batches, with each batch containing up to 100 resources. To renew more than 100 resources, you can select one of the methods listed in the table below.

Auto-renewal is not enabled.

Batch Enabling Auto-Renewal

Enable auto-renewal. Resources are then automatically renewed before they expire.

Enterprise Project Management Service (EPS) is enabled.

Batch Renewing Resources By Enterprise Project

Search for resources to be renewed by enterprise project and renew them in batches.

EPS is not enabled.

Batch Renewing Resources By Expiration Time

Search for resources to be renewed by expiration time and renew them in batches.

The list of resources to-be-renewed has been exported.

Batch Renewing Resources By Resource ID

Export the list of resources to be renewed and search for resources by ID to renew them in batches.

The renewal funds need to be applied for.

Batch Renewing Resources After the Renewal Funds Are Received

Check the price of the resources to be renewed in advance, and apply for funds from your company's finance department. After the funds are received, renew the resources in batches.
  • If the resource expiration dates are different, you can set the same expiration date for easy management. For details, see Setting a Renewal Date.
  • If a resource is no longer used after its expiration, you can set the resource not to be renewed. For details, see Non-Renewal After Expiration.
  • Huawei Cloud allows you to enter up to 200 resource IDs to search for resources and then renew them in batches.
