Forwarding Incidents

Scenarios

Forward the incident ticket to another person for processing.

Procedure

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Incident Management > Incident Center. On the displayed page, click the Pending tab and click the incident name to go to the incident details page.

  3. Click forward owner.

  4. Enter the forwarding information and click Submit.
