Acknowledging an Incident

After an incident is created, the incident owner analyzes the incident. If the issue exists, the incident owner acknowledges and handles the incident.

Acknowledging an Incident

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Fault Management > Incidents.
  3. On the Pending tab page, select the target incident ticket and click its title.
  4. Click Acknowledge in the upper right corner.

    The incident status changes to ACKNOWLEDGED.
