Progress Notification

Scenarios

After a war room is started, you can view, update, and send notifications.

Procedure

1. Log in to COC.
2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Fault Management > WarRoom to view the war room list.
3. Click a war room name in the war room list. The war room detail page is displayed.
4. On the war room details page, you can view the current progress notification in the Progress Notices area.
5. Click Update Notice, enter the notice content as prompted, and click OK to update the notice.

6. Click Release, enter the required information as prompted, and click OK to release the notification.

   If the Recipient is set to Shift, create the shift by referring to Overview.
