Clearing Alarms
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Fault Management > Alarms. On the displayed page, click Aggregated alarm > Unhandled Alarms tabs.
- Select the alarms to be deleted and click Clear in the Operation column or above the alarm list.
- Set Service interrupted. If you select No, go to step 5. If you select Yes, you must set Fault occurrence time and Fault recovery time. The service interruption time is included in the SLO interruption record of the corresponding application.

To generate an SLO interruption record, you need to set the corresponding SLA rule and SLO rule, and the alarm has the corresponding SLA record.
- Enter the remarks and click OK to clear the alarms.
The remarks can contain at most 100 characters, including letters, digits, and special characters.
