Monitoring Outbound Call Risks

For details about how to configure the warning threshold in the outbound call risk monitoring policy, see "System Administrator Guide > Outbound Call Risk Monitoring Guide" in AICC Operation Configuration Guide.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Monitoring > Operation Risk Control.
  2. Select a risk control record assigned by the system administrator and click View to view the details.
